Attorney Teresita Leiseca brings over two decades of experience in complex civil litigation. Her practice has been defined by a rigorous focus on personal injury claims, professional malpractice cases, and high-stakes litigation requiring specialized expert testimony.

Her professional career began at the San Juan Court, where she served as judicial advisor in one of its most demanding divisions: the panel of judges handling extraordinary remedies. In this role, she refined the analytical and strategic skills that would later become the foundation of her legal practice.

She went on to join the corporate legal team at Bella Group, where she managed multiple product liability cases, expanding her expertise in disputes involving product responsibility and honing her ability to handle high-impact corporate controversies.

Later, she established her own independent practice, concentrating on the highly complex construction industry. In this field, she litigated significant personal injury and damages claims tied to construction projects, as well as large-scale contractual disputes, solidifying her reputation as a strategic, meticulous, and results-driven attorney.

In 2013, she partnered with Attorney Daniel Martínez Avilés to found Martínez Leiseca CSP, d/b/a ML Law Group. Their partnership reflects not only a union of distinguished careers but also a shared vision of excellence, collaboration, and professional culture. Both studied law at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, and since then, they have shared a passion for high-level legal practice, combining complementary skills to serve clients in complex litigation and institutional representation.
